My room was freshly renovated and brand-new with fridge and microwave. There was a wide range of great meals. This accommodation had a central setting close to everything. Thanks to a great service I had a VERY VERY GOOD stay.

It was impeccably clean and amazing place, a nice size and freshly renovated rooms. The staff were very very helpful and really friendly day and night. The hotel had peaceful location just next door to the Minnesota Zoo. Also, the venue was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Time-Out.

The room was equipped with a fridge and microwave. Convenient central location near Outlet mall, Mall of America, and the zoo. Panera Bread for coffee and treats was just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The building and rooms are nice with a very comfortable bed, plus there is great service and a clean pool onsite.

Convenient location next to breakfast restaurant and gas station. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and had snacks for sale at the desk. Provided fresh and clean breakfast options. Hotel was not crowded, giving a more relaxed atmosphere.

The total stay was very good on my second visit. The location was perfect, near to the Mall Of America, restaurants and shopping, and other activities. Furthermore, to get to rooms was like a maze. The staff members were all accommodating and very pleasant.

Bathroom door and fan in bathroom were horrible. First hotel I stayed at with no hair dryer in room!! Couldn't even get butter for my bagel in the morning. Pool was very tiny and no hot tub.

Paint was chipping in our room. The ladies working the front desk could careless if we were there. Noticed this hotel was not handicap friendly. Breakfast was not what you would expect. No HD channels.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and updated, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to shops and major highways.
